Successful K1 Training programme

K1 Englsih development programme based on the theory of multiple intelligences and the integration of the five senses

We are thrilled to share the success of our recent K1 english development programme training for children 3 to 6 years old, based on Multiple Intelligences and integrated with a five-senses approach, held at ANAU on September 12, 13, and 16, 2024. Over three dynamic days, participants—English language professionals—explored the groundbreaking teaching methodologies that define the K1 program.

Day 1: 12.09.2024, Karine KOSTANYAN

Topic: Introduction to the Programme Toolkit and Digital Platform

The training kicked off with an in-depth introduction to the K1 programme’s innovative toolkit and digital platform. As the programme is fully electronic, the focus was on practical application, ensuring that every participant mastered the skills needed to seamlessly integrate the platform into their teaching practice. The interactive sessions allowed professionals to test their knowledge and immediately apply what they learned.

Day 2: 13.09.2024, Karine KOSTANYAN

Topic: Curriculum Implementation and Lesson Planning

The second day delved into curriculum execution, focusing on lesson planning and student assessments. Participants were guided through structuring lessons that not only engage children but also optimize their learning outcomes through technology. This session empowered educators with strategies to create impactful lessons and easily assess children's progress through our online platform.

Day 3: 16.09.2024, Araks Arakelyan

Topic: Child Educational Psychology and Behavioral Management

The final day shifted to child educational psychology, offering a deep dive into understanding the cognitive and emotional needs of young learners. Participants explored practical behavior management techniques, learning how to foster positive classroom environments while effectively handling challenges. The focus on psychology provided educators with tools to support students' holistic development.

Throughout the course, our expert trainers, Karine Kostanyan and Araksya Arakelyan, shared invaluable insights, ensuring each session was engaging and enlightening. Their expertise brought clarity to complex concepts and inspired participants to apply these methods in their own organizations.

Our participants, trained through this programme, gained a comprehensive understanding of educational methodologies based on the theory of multiple intelligences and the integration of the five senses. This training equips them to implement effective educational activities as they bring the K1 programme to life in their organizations.

The implementation of the K1 programme offers more than just English language instruction—it enhances the entire educational experience. Unlike traditional methods, KIP's approach recognizes each learner's unique strengths and challenges. By fostering an applied, multi-sensory learning environment, the programme taps into one or more of each child's dominant intelligences, resulting in a more personalized and impactful educational journey.

This training was not only an educational experience but also a chance for participants to enhance their teaching strategies and positively impact the next generation of learners.

To celebrate the completion of this transformative course, participants received certificates and special gifts, marking the beginning of their journey with the K1 English development programme.
